These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Vinocentral Limited (also referred to interchangeably as "Beerz" and “Vinocentral”), concerning your access to and use of the Beerz mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
Beerz, Vinocentral and Vinocentral Limited are interchangeable terms within these Terms and Services ("Terms"). Vinocentral Limited is the legal owner of Beerz, and all terms may be used interchangeably throughout the document.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal drinking age in your country of residence) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect you have provided false or misleading information or otherwise violated these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, Beerz (Vinocentral) owns all content, trademarks, and intellectual property contained in the Services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.
Some features of the Services may require payment of fees. By purchasing a subscription or other paid service, you agree to:
Pay all applicable fees on time
Provide valid payment information
Authorize us or our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Our Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties and encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that we consider harmful to Beerz, Vinocentral, our users, or the public.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within the following timeframes:
Monthly Subscription: Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the initial purchase date.
Yearly Subscription: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. After these periods, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services, and disclaim all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beerz (Vinocentral) and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the Services
Unauthorized access to or use of our systems and personal information
Any conduct or content of third parties on the Services
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beerz (Vinocentral) and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting at https://beerz.co or in the App. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
